  Called in my husbands prescription refills and told them he was en route to pick up. They said meds would be ready in 15 minutes. They were not only not ready, they told him that they don't fill prescriptions immediately unless you're standing in the pharmacy waiting which I could understand if they hadn't assured me they would be ready. Everytime I have had to call the pharmacy they are rude and I can barely hear the technician I am speaking with bc of the pharmacy staff in the back ground cackling or cutting up LOUDY in the background. The told me they couldn't verify which meds were ready over the phone bc of HIPAA. But they have gladly violated the same HIPAA regulation multiple times before. Their inconsistency leads me to believe they are entirely incompetent. This pharmacy is horrible. Wal-mart pharmacys in general leave much to be desired however this one is especially lacking.
